We have adapted a 144 page solar training manual written by Herbert Wade into the Marshallese language. This Manual is written in both Marshallese and English, and is fully illustrated with diagrams and calculations demonstrating the inter workings of household scale solar systems, including tips for maintenance and repair. This manual will be available for training Island Eco’s customers and to other parties interested in solar energy. A video is also being produced to complement the solar manual, which will be available in the middle of this year. The manual includes eleven chapters on the following topics:

Marshall Islands President supporting the solar training manual

President Jurelang Zedkaia shows his support for the creation of the Marshallese Solar Training Manual.
